Due to some technical glitches, my website has been suspended for about a month. And finally, it’s re-live, albeit with a new domain: www.colinzheng.com

I took this as an opportunity to renovate the house a bit, by upgrading wordpress, integrating with facebook, and updating my current life status. While diversity is good, it actually makes life a bit harder to integrate everything together: facebook, live messenger, twitter… Maybe linkedin as well? Man, i’m close to overload!

I don’t know how long this interest could last, but I decided to take a quick crack on Japanese.

I bing around, and found NHK has a quick 100-sentence Japanese course with textbook & audio. We’ll see how much I can do with it. 🙂

Update as of 05/30/2010: I learned daily greetings, and how to do a brief self-introduction. And unfortunately, that’s about it.

For someone who spent over 2o years in school, having his name printed on books is a definite joy! Especially, if that comes as a surprise, and it’s free.

Well, now my name appears on a book called “Artificial Imagination“, although it was misprinted as “Ke Zhang”. 🙂 Well, 86% accuracy is decent enough for me to claim my ownership. To be honest, I didn’t know anything about this book until the author contacted me in email asking for permission to use photos I posted online. As you may guess now, I was happily enlisted as the photographer of this book.

And that’s how I fulfilled my dream of publishing a book with my name on it. 🙂 Well, at least for my first book.
